Booth placements are determined by the order of payment received within each designated booth type (i.e. wall\/standard\/corner), beginning with the location deemed to be least impacted by stage sound as permitted for that category.<\/p><div>For example, based on this <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/u\/4\/folders\/1CSYnezvb0nm5Kb7bMLfvmHwFteiE4WWM\">draft layout<\/a>, booths are allocated from the sides \/ bottom first.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>You may request placement closer to the stage.<\/p><p><b>Wall + Queue Space Add-on:<\/b> Booths with this add-on will be prioritised in the ballroom foyer.<\/p><p><b>Adjacent Booths:<\/b> For booths wishing to be placed together, you may fill up a placement form that is provided later. The entire group&#8217;s placement will be based on the last booth to submit their payment.<\/p><p><b>Corner Booths: <\/b>Prioritised for multi-table booths and exhibitors with mobility aids, but the limited availability means that you may end up closer to the stage. In such situations, we will prioritize your payment order to place you further from the stage, unless you specifically request a corner booth.<\/p><p><b>Accessibility: <\/b>While standard booths are not designed for bulky mobility aids, we will do our best to accommodate accessibility requests. All displays and products must be securely attached to the table. If your setup is in danger of toppling or falling, we reserve the right to request adjustments to ensure it remains below 140cm.<\/li><li>Standard booths may not have a display frame or backing behind them, which is only permitted for booths with walls.<\/li><li>Items placed against the wall must not exceed 200cm in height from the ground.<\/li><li>All items must be secured for safety. Any falling or collapse of products or set-up resulting in injury to event-goers will be the exhibitor&#8217;s liability.<\/li><li>The use of power tools and ladders is not permitted. Anyone found using this equipment will be instructed to cease work immediately.<\/li><li>Only the provided tables and chairs should be used for setup. You may bring additional chairs and furniture, but they must remain within your designated booth space.<\/li><li>We reserve the right to request the removal of items and parts that do not adhere to our safety and set-up regulations.<\/li><li>Non-permanent adhesives like blu tack and standard sticky tape are permitted on venue walls. You may not have sustained queues stretching beyond your booth lasting more than 5 minutes. Exceeding this time limit will result in additional floor space charges.<\/p><p>Be considerate of neighbouring booths. A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged in the event of any spills.\u00a0<\/li><li>There is free-flow coffee, tea and water for all exhibitor pass holders. You&#8217;re encouraged to use your own water bottles and flasks to avoid spillage.<\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Booth tear down<\/b><\/h3><p>You don&#8217;t need to pack up your booth at the end of the first day, but you must start packing up your booth by 7:45 PM on the second day (the event ends at 7:30 PM).<\/p><h3><b>Overnight storage of property, loss and damage policy<\/b><\/h3><p>Due to the large crowds anticipated throughout the event, take extra precautions for your merchandise and belongings. While our event staff strives to ensure a safe overall environment, they cannot monitor individual booths. We highly recommend not leaving your booth unattended during the event.<\/p><p>You may store your merchandise overnight at your booth. However, please take all valuables with you, and conceal your merchandise with a tablecloth and\/or keep it under the table skirting.<\/p><p>We are not liable and unable to compensate for any missing, misplaced or damaged items. If your setup is in danger of toppling or falling, we reserve the right to request adjustments to ensure it remains below 140cm.<\\\/li><li>Standard booths may not have a display frame or backing behind them, which is only permitted for booths with walls.<\\\/li><li>Items placed against the wall must not exceed 200cm in height from the ground.<\\\/li><li>All items must be secured for safety. Any falling or collapse of products or set-up resulting in injury to event-goers will be the exhibitor&#8217;s liability.<\\\/li><li>The use of power tools and ladders is not permitted. Anyone found using this equipment will be instructed to cease work immediately.<\\\/li><li>Only the provided tables and chairs should be used for setup. You may bring additional chairs and furniture, but they must remain within your designated booth space.<\\\/li><li>We reserve the right to request the removal of items and parts that do not adhere to our safety and set-up regulations.<\\\/li><li>Non-permanent adhesives like blu tack and standard sticky tape are permitted on venue walls. If there are existing damages on your booth space, you&#8217;re advised to document them before you start setting up, to prevent misunderstandings later.<\\\/li><\\\/ul><h3><b> Booth Activities<\\\/b><\\\/h3><p>With the exception of booths with the Wall and Queue\\\/Interaction space add-on, you must ensure that the walkway in front of your booth is kept clear at all times. You may not have sustained queues stretching beyond your booth lasting more than 5 minutes. Exceeding this time limit will result in additional floor space charges.<\\\/p><p>Be considerate of neighbouring booths. You will be asked to stop your activities if they become disruptive.\\u00a0<\\\/p><h3><b>Maintenance, cleanliness and food<\\\/b><\\\/h3><ul><li>Do not bring strongly scented food into the event.<\\\/li><li>You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of your booth area. A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged in the event of any spills.\\u00a0<\\\/li><li>There is free-flow coffee, tea and water for all exhibitor pass holders. You&#8217;re encouraged to use your own water bottles and flasks to avoid spillage.<\\\/li><\\\/ul><h3><b>Booth tear down<\\\/b><\\\/h3><p>You don&#8217;t need to pack up your booth at the end of the first day, but you must start packing up your booth by 7:45 PM on the second day (the event ends at 7:30 PM).<\\\/p><h3><b>Overnight storage of property, loss and damage policy<\\\/b><\\\/h3><p>Due to the large crowds anticipated throughout the event, take extra precautions for your merchandise and belongings. While our event staff strives to ensure a safe overall environment, they cannot monitor individual booths. We highly recommend not leaving your booth unattended during the event.<\\\/p><p>You may store your merchandise overnight at your booth. However, please take all valuables with you, and conceal your merchandise with a tablecloth and\\\/or keep it under the table skirting.<\\\/p><p>We are not liable and unable to compensate for any missing, misplaced or damaged items. If you experience any loss, damage, or suspicious activity, we can assist you in contacting venue security to file a report.
