How did you first know about Cosplay? "Well, actually i knew about it from websites and really wanted to try it out but i was really too shy and i didn't have any friends that are interested in this too. Then there was one time when I saw a cosplay event and I went there to have a look, and was amazed by how cool they looked."

Qn: What made you want to Cosplay?

I want to try new things and challenges ^^

Qn: How long have you cosplayed for?

Ans: For 4 years from 2006

Qn: Share with us your favorite Cosplay moments.

Ans: Hmmmm i went to japan in 2008 dec, and went to their events like comiket and TFT with my friend and I can say that Japanese cosplay culture its really totally different from ours. I also got to know Kaname from there, had dinner with his friends and shared expierences. I can say it's getting to know alot of cosplayers from different countries.

Qn: Who are your favorite Characters to cosplay?

Ans: I have to say Gintoki from Gintama.

Qn: What are your future Cosplay plans?

Ans:  Haha... future cosplay plans... they really have to be wilder and more armour-based. But maybe i will first take a break, then work and earn more money so that I can make more armour-based cosplay for you guys to see!

Qn: Your vision/dream for Cosplaying five years down the road?

Ans: Dream.... I hope I will be able to improve my cosplay and maybe be able to fly overseas to attend other countries' events.


[Cosplay Tips]

Qn: Share with us 3 tips / things to note for fellow Cosplayers attending Cosplay Events.

Ans: If you are cosplaying a character, do not do stuff that is not related to the character, otherwise people will be very unhappy with you for ruining the character. For example, Sasuke from Naruto is usually a very cool person, so don't make a crazy lot of noise and run around the event venue, haha. Another thing is, it's better to put your base makeup at home so that you can complete your get up faster ( i usually do that ^^).

Qn: Any Props / Costume making tips you'd like to share?

Ans: Hmmmm.... actually props are really easy to make. You just really need to take note of where to find stuff you need. Sometimes materials can really be bought from some neighourhood stores. Remember to bring your references whenever you are going to buy your cloth. Print outs are not very good because some printers print out different colors so it's better to save the picture in your phone ^^. For props, the basic thing you need is hot glue because hot glue is very useful when it comes to sticking materials together. The more you do, the more you learn, thats how I do it. Haha
