EOY BACKDROP SUBMISSION

Calling all aspiring artists and art groups!
Here's your chance to display your artworks
for exhibition and sale at the EOY!
Submitted art works will be displayed at the EOY event grounds where all event attendees including Cosplayers can pose with and for shutterbugs to snap for their galleries. This is a great opportunity for the local community to come together and appreciate the talents of the local art scene!
Before submitting, please read and agree to the following regulations:
- Any medium or platform is allowed as long as the size of the art piece adheres to the dimensions of 2m x 1.5m.
- Submission of works through digital means such as CDs, email, etc is not allowed. All art works must be submitted as hardcopies to a designated collection point which will be announced at a later date.
- Charcoal artworks are not allowed due to logistics issues. We apologize for this.
- Only ONE entry per artist is allowed.
- You understand that the EOY undertakes great care and measures in handling the artworks and will not be held responsible for damage or loss of artworks. It is your responsibility to undertake precautions to protect your artwork.
- You may price your artwork at a value of your choice. choose to quote the price of the artwork to be displayed and sold at the EOY.
- Artworks must not contain sexually explicit content or content involving violence and gore. The EOY committee reserves the right to reject/remove any artworks containing any of the content mentioned above.
- You may request to have the artwork returned to you after the event if it is not sold. Collection must be made personally.
