Notes

There are no competitive cosplay segments this year. Instead, we will have having a solo cosplay runway, group cosplay performances and talent showcases.
For the solo cosplay runway, registrations will be done on the morning of the day of EOY itself.
Our theme for this year is “Maid / Meido”. Maids will be invited for a group shot together with Hitomi. In order for EOY to continue being a child-friendly event, cross-dressing (males -> females) is not encouraged, unless your friends think you can pull it off well.
To comply with fire regulations and to make EOY an enjoyable event for all, camping outside the event grounds is not permitted.
EOY ’11 is a non-profit event, and EOY makes every possible effort to keep dates/information accurate, but reserves the right to make amendments to our content and dates at our sole discretion.
