Apart from organizing our own EOY events, EOY also produces shows for other events and companies. We design sound, lighting, handle stage sets and manage events as well. We have our own team of sound engineers, lighting designers, stage/floor managers, emcees, performing talents, ushers, security, etc. We do all sorts of events, and our forte is in theatrical shows and productions in venues such as the Esplanade Theatre.
We are familiar with running stages, sound console mixers and stage lighting for our own events, concerts, similar anime events, to other functions such as weddings, family day events, etc. Our annual EOY event sees about 1,700-4,000 guests each year.
We will work best within the resources and budget available, and advise on how to maximize your event’s exposure, experience and atmosphere.
We will also be able to advise on the types of venues suitable for your event. We produce cosplay shows, handle concerts, plays, fashion runways, dancicals, shows, productions, dramas, talk shows, business conferences, to smaller events such as weddings and functions.

“As a sound designer myself, I find it very important that sound aspects of an event must be good, loud but yet easy on the ears with frequencies and channels mixed properly. It may not be something that people consciously notice, yet if they do, there must be something wrong with the sound.
A good stage, sound and lighting design will ensure your audience get the best experience. A good engineer is not one who uses the most expensive equipment, but is one that will make the best out of what he is given to work with. Good sound and lighting is something that is so commonly overlooked during events, but it is so important in building up the atmosphere and experience of the event.”
